online coaching?

My body has been through all stages of fitness. From weight gain then to extreme weight loss, through countless plateaus & injuries, body recomposition and intense muscle building, it took me nearly 6 years to learn how to approach my goals in a specific yet sustainable way. Therefore, as a coach, I believe it's necessary to first develop the right knowledge and mindset towards fitness in order to not only achieve physique goals but also to urge a healthy headspace and lifestyle.

I believe in online coaching because it approaches fitness through an all-encompassing lens. As a certified personal trainer for over four years, my biggest client success stories were not those who came to me just for a few isolated hours per week, but those who leaned into fitness as a lifestyle and trusted me as their coach. How long will it take me to see results?

Results vary upon client, goals, & timeline. There are many external factors outside of coaching that could affect your progress. That said, I will not let you fail here and if you give me 100% I will give you 100%.
